I got what I needed, so I can’t really complain too much, but I do kind of regret not checking a few other options first. The prices felt a little high for what you get. It wasn’t a bad experience, just didn’t feel like the best value.

"Fabric is okay, but I expected softer"
I ordered this from Elwood 101, the fabric is just kind of okay. Like, it’s not bad, but in my head I was expecting something softer and more comfy straight away. First time wearing it, I did think, hmm, this feels a bit rough. Maybe it’ll loosen up or feel better after a wash, so I’m not totally writing it off yet. But for now, it’s average for me.

I had a little browse on the site and it actually reminded me of shopping around with a specific outfit in mind, getting excited when something looks right, then feeling a bit deflated when the size or style isn’t there. There are some decent items, and I did find a few pieces I liked, but the overall range felt a bit limited, especially in certain sizes and styles. I’d probably come back again, but I do wish they had more options to choose from.

I liked the way it looked at first, but after wearing it for a few hours it got really uncomfortable. I was hoping it would be more “easy to wear,” but that wasn’t the case for me. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

The staff were friendly and did try to answer my questions, which I appreciated. That said, the replies were slower than I expected, and I ended up having to follow up and escalate it a bit just to get things moving. It wasn’t a terrible experience by any means, but it could definitely be smoother and more responsive

"Sizing description was really misleading"
I ordered my usual size because the wording made it sound like it would fit normally, but that was not the case at all. It was super tight in some areas and weirdly loose in others. Frustrating, because the sizing info felt misleading and I definitely wouldn’t have ordered it if I knew it fit like this.

"The packaging was honestly disappointing"
I was really looking forward to getting this, but when the box showed up it was badly crushed and the items inside didn’t seem like they had much protection at all, so I spent the whole time opening it hoping nothing was damaged and feeling like it could’ve been packed a lot more carefully.

"Delivery was a bit slower than I expected"
I ordered from elwood101.com.au and the shipping was okay overall. I expected it to arrive a little quicker, so it felt a bit slow compared to what I had in mind. The tracking also didn’t update much for a while, which made it hard to know what was going on. The item did show up in good condition in the end, so it wasn’t a major problem, but the delivery experience was average.

"Pretty decent, but wondering if others noticed the stitching"
I thought it was okay overall, not bad, but not amazing either. The material seems decent, but the stitching felt a little average to me. I’m curious if anyone else had the same experience or if I just got one that wasn’t finished as neatly.

"Care label was basically useless"
I bought this tee, followed the care label like it was a sacred instruction manual, cold wash, no dryer, the whole thing, and it still came out twisted and smaller after one wash. I felt like the shirt had gone through some kind of laundry apocalypse.
Customer service just pointed me back to the exact same label, which drove me slightly insane. If a shirt needs to be treated like a fragile museum artifact, that really should be made clear before checkout.

"Exchange was kinda easy"
I had to swap my hoodie for a bigger size, and it went kinda smoothly. It took a few days to hear back, but once everything was sorted, the new one showed up just fine. Not the fastest process ever, but there wasn’t really any hassle.

"Checkout Took Way Too Long"
I tried placing an order on Elwood 101, but the whole checkout process was frustrating. The pages were loading so slowly that I was just sitting there waiting, and then I had to re-enter my details more than once. After wasting all that time, I ended up giving up. Not a great first experience

"Not great with updates after I ordered"
After I placed my order, I felt like I was the one always having to chase them for info. Replies took ages and when they did respond, it was vague and didnt explain much. Just felt left in the dark most of the time, which was frustrating.

"Didn’t feel worth the price"
The prices felt way too high for what I actually got. From the way it was presented, I expected a lot more, but the reality didn’t really match the promise. I compared it with a few similar places afterward, and this one just didn’t seem fair to me. Maybe other people won’t mind, but I wouldn’t go back at those prices.

"Sizing is all over the place"
The sizing is hit or miss. I ordered my usual size and it didn’t fit the way I expected at all. Also, the item looked like it had been handled carelessly before it got to me, which was annoying. Just wish there was more consistency and a little more care taken.

"Fine overall, just a bit clunky to get around"
The site was okay to use overall, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience for me. I was just trying to look something up quickly while I had a few minutes between errands, and some pages felt a little slow to load. I also ended up clicking around more than I expected to find basic info. It does work in the end, so it’s not a huge problem, but I think it could be clearer and a bit simpler to navigate.

I ordered a jacket and right away my first thought was, how did this even get sent out? It was the wrong size and colour, so I emailed them, but it took forever to get sorted. Then the replacement showed up and it still wasn’t what I picked. after that I just assumed they don’t bother checking orders properly before shipping. Really frustrating.

"Refunds are always the stressful part, but this was quick"
I was expecting the refund to take forever, because that’s usually how these things go, but it came back way faster than I thought. Painless experience overall.
